Fine particulate matter probe

The handheld fine particle probe developed by Testo covers everything you need for professional fine particle measurement operations. The probe samples the raw flue gas from the chimney and sends it to the flue gas analyzer for analysis. At the same time, the diluter mixes fresh air with the raw flue gas for fine particulate matter measurement. The probe can also be used to measure flue gas temperature and flue gas suction force. The probe is equipped with a heat tracing module, with a heating temperature of 120 ℃, which can effectively prevent water vapor in the flue gas from condensing inside the sampling probe. The probe can be easily placed inside or removed from the instrument box.


Rotating diluter

In order to achieve the measurement of fine particulate matter, the raw gas enters a rotary diluter made of industrial ceramics after passing through a sampling tube. The introduction of quantitative fresh air dilution of fine particulate matter concentration can reduce the degree of pollution to the gas path and measurement system, while measuring the concentration of fine particulate matter. The operation status of the entire measurement system will be very stable. After prolonged use, the diluter only needs to be cleaned with a cotton swab.

Fine particulate matter sensor

Fine particulate matter sensors are used to measure the amount of particulate matter in gases. The gas passes through the nozzle and collides with the oscillating fine particle sensor, and the vibration frequency changes with the amount of deposited particles, thereby determining the number of particles. The entire calculation process is completed instantly, so the particle concentration value is measured in real-time throughout the entire measurement process. In this way, any changes in the heating boiler system will be promptly reflected and can be quickly and effectively adjusted by production personnel.

Measurement system box: The entire measurement system is integrated into the system box, weighing approximately 7.9kg, making it easy to carry or transport during outdoor measurement operations.

Condensation tank and filter: The condensation tank and filter are used for cooling and removing water and filtering dust, respectively. The raw flue gas enters the flue gas analyzer after passing through the condensation tank and filter.

Preheating unit: Maintain the temperature of the flue gas to ensure the measurement of fine particulate matter.
